Vanda Wilson-Wormack
Biography

 


Vanda Wilson-Wormack was born in Bertie County, Windsor, North Carolina. After receiving her undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Public Administration from North Carolina Central University, Durham, NC in May 1993, she returned to her alma mater, where she completed her Master’s Degree in Public Administration, with a minor in Education Administration (December 1998).

Vanda completed six very successful years, serving as an Administrative Assistant for the North Carolina General Assembly. Of her many accomplishments, one of her most heralded was serving as the Local Coordinator for the National Black Caucus of State Legislators Conference for the NC Black Caucus of State Legislators. Her unique ability to multi-task, while remaining organized and professional, earned her the respect of colleagues, legislators, state governmental officials and lobbyists alike.

“. . . Professional, Detail Oriented, and a Leader. . .” These are just some of the words used by her colleagues to describe Vanda. But, those closest to her acknowledged her as “. . .a worshipper. . .” A fervent relationship with God is of utmost importance to her. She is the Leading Lady of Harvest House Christian Church, Mebane NC under the Pastoral Care of Rev. Kenneth Wormack.

Her desire to learn and have a more intimate relationship with her Heavenly Father led to her being favored of God, to be invited to participate in Bible Study Fellowship International. Bible Study Fellowship International features a seven-year study schedule covering: Genesis, Romans, Matthew, Life of Moses, John, Israel and the Minor Prophets, and Acts of the Apostles. This in-depth supplemental study allowed her to “learn and apply homiletics”, “how to teach effectively” and “share the Gospel with others.”

Vanda remains active in her community, participating in the Adopt-a-Family program, serving as a public school volunteer, as well as, giving of her time, finances and resources to support both school and community projects. While serving as the Chief Executive Officer for epastorsnetwork.com, she is still called upon, as needed, to serve as a Project Manager, by a Continuing Medical Education Firm.

According to her husband, Rev. Kenneth S. Wormack, “Vanda is a proven leader, administrator, and she has a definite anointing and passion for God. I beleive that epastorsnetwork.com is just the beginning of how God is going to bless the Body of Christ, through His daughter, Vanda Wilson-Wormack!”

Vanda is married to Rev. Kenneth Wormack and they have two daughters named Destinee Elizabeth and Imani Danielle.
